Lyophilized starter concentrate for direct inoculation into a vat of milk and milk bases. Culture LLCS 2040 is mainly used in the production of continental cheese (blind), Kedar cheese, cottage cheese, Sour cream (Hight temperature).

The temperature depends on the application of the starter. LLCS 2040 can be used between 30°C and 42°C.
