Lyophilized starter concentrate for direct inoculation into a vat of milk and milk bases. A specific strain of kefir culture is standardized to acid viscosity, flavor and final acidity.
KEFU29Y culture is mainly used in the production of kefir and fermented milk.                                                                                                                                    
Contains specific mixed strains for effective, reliable, controlled and reproductive development. The optimal growth temperature is 25°-30°C. The temperature depends on the application of the starter. KEFU29Y can be used at temperatures from 20°C to 30°C.
