CYDF culture is primarily used in the production of whipped yogurt, thick yogurt, drinking yogurt, fermented milk.
Composition:
- Streptococcus salivarius subsp. Thermophilus
- Lactobacillus delbrukii subsp. Bulgaricus
Properties
Contains certain mixed strains for efficient, reliable, controlled and reproductive development. The CYDF culture contains exopolysaccharide producing strains that provide a medium mouthfeel and high gel stability. The optimum growth temperature is 37°-43°C. Temperature
The temperature depends on the application of the starter. CYDF can be used between 37°C and 43°C.
