Freeze-dried concentrate for direct inoculation into a vat of milk and milk bases. Yoghurt cultures of a certain strain, standardized for acidifying viscosity and final acidity.

CYDF culture is primarily used in the production of whipped yogurt, thick yogurt, drinking yogurt, fermented milk.

Contains certain mixed strains for efficient, reliable, controlled and reproductive development. The CYDF culture contains exopolysaccharide producing strains that provide a medium mouthfeel and high gel stability. The optimum growth temperature is 37°-43°C. The temperature depends on the application of the starter. CYDF can be used between 37°C and 43°C.
