Properties
Contains certain mixed strains for efficient, reliable, controlled and reproductive development. The CYAA culture contains exopolysaccharide producing strains that provide a smooth and thick texture. The optimum growth temperature is 37°-43°C. The strains included in the assortment were selected due to their rapid acidification.
