Lyophilized starter concentrate for direct inoculation into a vat of milk and milk bases. Culture CST primarily used in the production of pasta filata, fresh mozzarella, soft cheese.

Contains certain mixed strains for efficient, reliable, controlled and reproductive development. The optimum growth temperature is 37°-43°C. The temperature depends on the application of the starter. CST can be used at temperatures between 32°C and 43°C.
