Freeze-dried starter concentrate for direct inoculation into a vat of milk and milk bases. Contains certain mixed strains for efficient, reliable, controlled and reproductive acid development.
ASTRO Culture -CPBGF 103 mainly used for biosecurity. Before adding rennet, the culture must be added to the milk along with the main starter culture. Culture of probiotic bacteria for dairy products with a protective effect. Interferes with the development of undesirable types of microbes, such as yeast and mold.
Ingredients:
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus
- Lactobacillus plantarum
- Lactobacillus paracasei
Properties
Protective culture with very low oxidation. ASTRO-CPBGF 103 forms lactic acid type L (+) and breaks down small amounts of citrate to diacetyl and acetoin. Very salt tolerant. It has been proven that this culture biologically inhibits the growth and activity of unwanted microorganisms.
