Thanks to a special combination of surfactants, it has a good foam dampening effect at temperatures from 15 C. doscan AS-F has an emulsifying and moisturizing effect and therefore visibly enhances the effect of the cleaning solution. doscan AS-F is neutral to all materials used in the food industry.
Fields of application
doscan AS-F used as a defoamer in the alkaline baths of automatic high-performance bottle washers.
Dosage:
Depending on the level of contamination of the cleaning solution and the type of machine, the working concentration is 50 - 100 ppm, which corresponds to 50 - 100 ml doscan AS-F per 1 cubic meter of cleaning solution. In accordance with the Food and Consumer Goods Act, after each wash, surfaces that come in contact with food must be rinsed with clean water to completely remove any residual product from the surfaces. Do not mix with other products. Control and safe, economical dosing of doscan AS-F can be provided by our dosing systems.
