Nutritional supplement for successful wine fermentation

Winemakers are faced with fermentation stopping before all the sugar has been completely fermented. It is not possible to define a conventional general critical temperature above which fermentation stops and below which it is possible to stop. But it is important to ensure good cell multiplication from the moment fermentation starts. Then an environment rich in sugar and still poor in alcohol favors their growth.
