niroklar Sauer flüssig is a liquid acidic cleaning agent based on nitric acid.
The addition of special inhibitors prevents the formation of nitrous gases and increases corrosion protection. Due to its chemical composition, niroklar Sauer flüssig dissolves mineral deposits, such as inorganic components of milk stone.
The product is suitable for cleaning surfaces made of stainless steel, aluminum, and acid-resistant plastics. niroklar Sauer flüssig does not attack stainless steel grade 1.4301 at a concentration of 10% even with prolonged contact time.
Areas of application:
niroklar Sauer flüssig is used as an acidic cleaning agent in CIP systems in the dairy, brewing, and soft drink industries.
In brewing applications, niroklar Sauer flüssig can be used for cleaning tanks and pipelines in brewhouse, fermentation, lagering, and filtration areas.
Dosage:
In the dairy industry, niroklar Sauer flüssig is used for acidic cleaning of milk and cream pasteurizers and separators at a concentration of 0.5–2.0% at temperatures of 70–80 °C. In addition, the product is used as an acidic CIP agent for tanks, pipelines, milk tankers, and high-temperature processing systems at a concentration of 0.5–2.0% at temperatures of 70–80 °C.
