niroklar 2000 is a special acidic cleaning agent with disinfecting properties.

niroklar 2000 is a liquid, acidic detergent based on phosphoric acid with a high content of special wetting agents. Its high surface activity, combined with excellent material protection, ensures intensive cleaning performance. Organic residues such as fats and proteins are decomposed and emulsified, while mineral deposits such as limescale and scale are effectively dissolved.

The disinfecting components act synergistically with acids and surfactants, providing an excellent microbicidal effect. This effect is already achieved when using a 0.5% solution at a temperature of 40 °C and increases significantly with rising temperature.

niroklar 2000 complies with current regulations; when used correctly, all components are physiologically safe.

According to food safety regulations, surfaces that come into contact with food must be rinsed with bacteriologically clean water after each cleaning process to remove any detergent residues.

Application instructions and areas of use

Due to its liquid formulation with controlled foaming, high material compatibility, and strong cleaning action, niroklar 2000 can be used with virtually all manual and mechanical cleaning methods where acidic cleaning is required. Thanks to its special composition, it effectively removes contamination, and working solutions can be reused.

At temperatures above 40 °C, working solutions do not form foam, making niroklar 2000 suitable for CIP systems and all types of circulation cleaning.

When used according to instructions, niroklar 2000 is suitable for surfaces made of stainless steel, rubber, acid-resistant plastics, aluminum, copper, and tin. Highly effective corrosion inhibitors significantly reduce aggressive effects on light and non-ferrous metals.

niroklar 2000 is used as an acidic cleaning and disinfecting agent in many areas of the food industry. In the dairy industry, it is applied for acidic contrast or single-step cleaning of milk collection systems, tanks, pipelines, butter churns, cheese production equipment and vessels, as well as filling and packaging lines. Typical working concentrations are 0.5–1.5% at temperatures of 40–80 °C.
