Fiber Concentrate is a professional dietary fiber concentrate created by MaK Food based on fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and other natural fibers. A fiber concentrate for reducing sugar, improving texture, and enriching products with dietary fiber.

This is a functional ingredient that simultaneously reduces sugar content in the formulation, adds dietary fiber, improves the texture of beverages and desserts, works as a natural sweetener (mild sweetness), and increases the nutritional value of the product.
