Chilli Concentrate is a highly concentrated spicy additive created by MaK Food for use in industrial formulations where controlled, stable and predictable heat is required. A spicy concentrate for giving dishes bright piquancy and depth of flavor.
The concentrate is part of the specialized Tailored Blend Formulations line and represents a ready flavor-aroma base with a pronounced pepper profile. It provides an intense but balanced red pepper taste, natural heat, deep aroma, and resistance to heat treatment and storage.
