Horeca dish cleaning: alkaline agent APRO A 500 ANAX

Glasses, like all dishes used in Horeca, have their own name:

  • For beer - served in mugs with a capacity of 250 to 1000 ml.
  • For wine - depending on the type, served in glasses on long thin stems with a capacity of 120-260 ml. It is important that crystal glassware is best suited for wine.
  • For strong alcoholic drinks, shot glasses are used, but if ice is used, they are usually served in glasses with a capacity of up to 320 ml.

The Anax group company offers a soft alkaline product APRO A 500 ANAX, which gently affects the surface, for cleaning dirty glasses in industrial washing machines, does not contain chlorine.
