APRO-ZYME VISCO XXL is a liquid heat-resistant xylanase enzyme. It is used in the production of alcohol for preliminary liquefaction and reduce the viscosity of starch in suspension from flour raw materials such as rye or wheat with a high content of arabinoxylans.
APRO-ZYME VISCO XXL is particularly effective at low pH and can be used over a very wide temperature range.
As an endoenzyme, APRO-ZYME VISCO XXL hydrolyzes 1,4-ß-glycosidic bonds in hemicelluloses and pentosans (arabinoxylans), cellulose, lichenins , and other glucans that are present in rye and wheat. Thus, hexoses and pentoses are separated.
Dosage 35-55 ml/t
Recommendations: t 40-80 °С, pH 4.5-7.0
