They are distinguished by increased stability while helping preserve the floral aromas of white and rosé wines. Cryo yeast for winemaking is perfectly suited for the production of Sauvignon Blanc and other wine varieties with specific characteristics.
Yeast for cold fermentation ensures the preservation of esters and thiols. Thanks to these properties, after fermentation the wines retain refined notes of tropical fruits, flowers, pear candy, and sweets. The product guarantees wine clarity and its attractive appearance without any sediment.
