Deionized (Rectified) Fruit Concentrates are fruit juice concentrates that have undergone deep purification, during which acids, minerals, aromatic molecules, color, and flavor components are removed. The result is a completely clear, neutral-tasting and odorless sweet concentrate used as a natural sweetener for clean-label products.
The concentrate contains naturally occurring fruit sugars but has no fruit taste or aroma, making it an ideal natural alternative to sugar.
