Neomoscan FA 12 it is a liquid high-alkaline foam detergent with very good resistance to hard water.

A special combination of high alkalinity and strong foaming special wetting agents promotes rapid penetration even in heavily caked and charred deposits containing fats and proteins.

Even stubborn deposits separate from surfaces, emulsify and disperse in the cleaning solution. The neomoscan FA 12 cleaning solutions are fully effective even at high water hardness and lose nothing of their foaming activity.

Fields of application:

Neomoscan FA 12 used to remove extreme soiling the preferred application is the cleaning of stainless steel cooking and smoking cabinets.

The neomoscan FA 12 solutions do not damage surfaces made of chromium-nickel steel, steel, alkali-resistant artificial materials as well as rubber.

The neomoscan FA 12 is not suitable for cleaning equipment made of aluminum, lightweight and non-ferrous metals, as well as tinned and galvanized materials.

Dosage:

Depending on the installation, treatment is carried out with a 5-10% solution at 60-80°C, mostly in automatic mode or with high and medium pressure sprayers, or mostly with a 2-5% solution through low pressure blowing devices.

neomoscan FA 12 forms a stable foam with the help of low-pressure foaming devices, which is retained for a long time, even on vertical surfaces. After the exposure time (10-20 minutes) rinse with water.

For removal of particularly persistent deposits of smokestack and grease it is best to use a more concentrated initial solution - 20-30% by sprinkling method.

Such a solution is applied to the walls of the smoking chamber. After 10-15 minutes of exposure the walls are treated with a less concentrated solution.

Work appliances made of stainless steel and alkaline resistant plastic in the meat and fish processing industry are placed in 1-3% solution of neomoscan FA 12 and washed with running water after a sufficient exposure time. Stainless steel cooking pots are filled with hot water at 60-80°. After adding 1-3% neomoscan FA 12 leave for exposure for 30-60 minutes and then rinse well with water.

These tanks can also be cleaned with low-pressure foam.

Do not mix with other products.

In accordance with the Food and Consumer Goods Act, after each wash, surfaces that come in contact with food should be rinsed with clean water to completely remove product residue.
