Neodisher Septo Active - disinfectant for manual processing of heat-resistant and nonheat-resistant instruments.

Fields of application:

• Manual disinfection of heat-resistant and non heat-resistant instruments, including flexible endoscopes
• Also for cleaning with disinfectant effect in immersion and ultrasonic baths

Characteristics:

• Bactericidal, antifungal, mycobacterial, antiviral and sporocidal effects of the drug have been confirmed and certified
• The disinfecting effect of the product is tested and confirmed according to the European standards and methods of the German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology(DGHM)
• Cleanses well, without protein fixation
• Suitable for materials such as stainless steel, anodized aluminum, plastic (also silicone)
• Not applicable for tools made of brass, copper, mechanically pre-damaged chrome or nickel-plated surfaces

Application and Dosage:

Neodisher Septo Active applicable in immersion and ultrasonic baths. Depending on the desired action, the solution should be prepared according to the recommendations below. Neodisher Septo Activ is dissolved in warm water by stirring. The working solution is ready for use after 15 minutes.
Medical devices, according to the manufacturer's instructions, open or closed, immersed in the working solution for disinfection.
The entire surface of the instruments should be immersed in the disinfectant solution. Air bubbles should be eliminated. The treatment time in the ultrasonic bath should not exceed the time specified in the instrument manufacturer's instructions.
